The Challenge

Understanding the issues around sustainability and what it means to live in a sustainable manner pose real challenges. Does being sustainable mean being environmentally aware? Does it mean being more community oriented? Does it mean knowing the impact of one’s carbon footprint? And, how can individuals solve a problem created by our collective ignorance and indifference. How does one develop a language around sustainability?

Ion is very much interested in this problem, and we believe design plays an integral role in taking an idea and turning it into a movement. Do you have a good idea? If you answered yes then we want to hear it.

The Contest

Using your considerable creative talent, dream up and develop an idea that positively enhances our understanding of and ability to contribute to sustainable living.

Ion Branding + Design is looking for a project that will empower individuals, reminding them of the role they play in positively contributing to the future of our planet. Your project could be a book, a website, a product, a service, or a community initiative. Ion will develop a promotional strategy around this one good idea and deliver creative to support the idea in the marketplace.
